Hey, I'm
Mike
I make support work.
Support specialist, AI tester, and content creator. I built and launched my own AI web app, ran my own recording studio, and have spent my whole life on a computer figuring out how things work.
What I bring
Three ways I can help your team.
Each one comes from real work: supporting people face to face, testing software I built, and making brands from nothing.
Ch 1
Customer & tech support
15+ years serving the public, plus the technical depth to actually fix the problem.
More Ch 2AI training & QA
I work with large language models every day and know where they get things wrong.
More Ch 3Social media & content
Graphics, photo, video, and original audio, made start to finish by one person.
MoreSelected work
Things I've made.
A few highlights: work for other people and things I built for myself.
